The San Francisco Bay Area Leather Alliance, formerly known as The Inter-Club Fund of San Francisco, Inc. & The Leather Forum, is a coalition of twelve leather, fetish and motorcycle oriented clubs in the South-of-Market Area LBGT community. It was formed to:

* Promote safe motorcycling
* Provide financial assistance to persons in distress
* Promote motorcycling organizations
